CBT is a more traditional and effective psychotherapy designed to address the influence our thoughts have on our behavior. This influence is felt in very simple and relatable ways. We all have experienced a desire to eat when we weren’t hungry. We eat for a lot of different reasons; boredom, loneliness, anxiety, etc. CBT can help you identify the feedback loop between your thoughts, feelings and behaviors which is a critical step in developing interventions to interrupt that loop and change your behavior. CBT sessions are $125.00/session and a typical session runs for 55 minutes. Please contact me with questions or to schedule.
